If you search her number, I believe there are a few reviews saying that she upsells and the quoted price 'basically doesn't include that much'. From what the reviews say she is the girl in the pics though.

When I called her two weeks ago, she quoted me 250 for an hour; but same time she mentioned number of things "no to do". Before I asked her much.

Got a feeling she was all about $; I did not get a good warm feeling over the phone. So, I did not meet her at that time.

It's the right thing to do... It's because of guys just not showing up that so many girls double or triple book. Not cancelling ends up hurting everyone in the long run. Not to mention some girls will blacklist guys for not showing.

It would have been better if he told her why he was cancelling though. If more guys did that then girls like her may actually try to improve their attitude/performance.

If you set up and appointment with someone and decide to cancel, the courteous thing to do is to let that person know you're canceling so she isn't waiting on you.
