I made a few runs down near Beretania Community Park last night. It was the typical Moulin Rouge with a dozen Trannies and worn old biddies. Those specific tattoos, and that particular location at that time, indicate that the person you saw was almost certainly "Mila". She's a real woman and a real provider (she was formerly an AMP provider at Roses, VIP and some other place). However, she's quoted relatively high prices for downtown.
