On S Payson, especially on the Eagle St side. I was doubling back to check out a possible WSW leaning against a row house, then looked across Wilkins towards Eagle St and saw LE and ULE flashing. Some dudes were sitting on the curb. What got me, was how fast they all showed up. No sirens , they were close by and lurking . I turned the corner and doubled back in less than a minute. ULE vilehicle is Blue, I think it's a SUV.

Heaven walked past me and stopped to see if I was going to pick her up. She looked awful to me, but those picks I just saw of her below are giving me a stiffy.

Seems to be back in circulation. I forgot to mention I saw her on S Payson late Thursday night Friday morning after I dropped off JZ. She was wearing black shorts, and showing some leg.
