There's no sales tax on service. Centreville makes money on the license. New "upscale" development at the top of the bluffs in the city of Belleviile may have something to do with Centreville politics.

Seems that 4 seasons spa in Fairview is closed for good. They haven't answered their phone the past couple weeks and there is always a bunch of mail stuck in their door when I drive by.

Be careful there, I have been across the street at another business where they had cops set up taking pictures through the window of the people coming and going from that massage parlor. How do I know that? I asked the business owner why was there cameras set up pointing the the massage parlor across the street? And she told me the cops asked her if they could use her office to set there because they suspected it was more than a massage parlor. I was planning on going there until that happened. Granted they are still open (new managment? Different police chief? Granted that was two years ago, and the world changes every 30 days in this world, just wanted to share my experience.

There are apps, like Textfree by Pinger, that let you text and call with a fake number. Plus, you can hide the app and turn off notifications from it if you don't want snoops to see it.

Pinger works great on a tablet. Doesn't work on my Tracfone unless I'm using Wifi. You can get a new Samsung Galaxy Centura android tracfone with triple minutes on ebay for $15 or less.

One thing I hate with these providers is they do not provide an area they are in for the incall. Just a general area. I am not looking for an address. If I live in IL I am not driving to eureka for a provider unless they pay me. Would that make me a provider?

Her ads on BP show the general area, off 44 near Kirkwood. In theory you could just text them to ask what area they are in, but I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for an answer. It's hard enough getting any kind of response to a genuine request to give them some business. If all else fails, ask here.

Has anyone had any luck with Amanda? I am fairly new to this hobby. Have visited the spas in Centreville a few times but wanted to try others. Went to Amanda last week and the massage was great. There was some minor teasing. Enough that there was a tent propped when I flipped and she grazed against it a few times. I am also fairly younger in my mid 20's. Also if I were to visit the spas in Centreville because I am really looking for the HE which would you guys recommend of them? Thank you in advance.

I've heard good things about her from when she worked at a Hazelwood spa a few years ago. I've seen her once in Granite City and didn't get what I wanted. Others have reported the same. Her rates recently went up and I'm wondering if she's doing more now. Her ad used to say that draping was optional so go back and don't use the towel. I didn't use it when I saw her 2 years ago. I think there could be more but you can't get it on the first visit.

Yes it is just her so far. I agree that the price is good for nuru, and I wouldn't be surprised if that changes after she realizes that others charge more for it.

Were you using an Internet phone (voip) such as Google voice? She (sometimes) states in her adds that she dosent want calls from those types of numbers. I tried to use my google voice to contact her intially and she picked up and gave me the same line as you. Then I think she checks to see if you number is a voip or regular somehow and blocks you if it's voip. That's what happened to me. So I went to the store and bought a regular burner and tried again and things went much smoother. She is the girl in the pics and does do FS as well but it's expensive.

OK so I tried some different search terms and found the answer to my own question. There is a site that you can plug in a phone number and it will show whether it is landline, cell phone, voip, etc. I tried it using my Burner app number and sure enough, it shows voip. It also does the same with my Google voice number. When I plugged in my old AT&T gophone number, it shows the carrier, says that it is cellular service, etc.

Well crap. Kudos to BukkakeLuvr for the heads up, but now I need to get another gophone sim card and start carrying two phones again.
