Apparently VIP has re-opened as Tokyo Spa and has their "Grand Opening" going on now. New owners must have convinced them they are not sexually oriented.

Yep, actually was surprised as well given what I was told. I had been told that there was actually a zoning change (I did not verify that) and that the building was never going to be allowed to be used for any kind of massage business again. Well, I guess the info was wrong. Perhaps the zoning change didn't get passed, or perhaps it never got to a vote, doesn't really matter, does it? So I've seen a lot of positive things about Your Girl Next Door massages. I know there is a fee up front, but what's the expectations with tipping? Just want to know how much money to bring. Those girls are babes!

BTW the pictures on the website are "representative" of the girls, they are not their actual pictures. From my own experience and other reviews that I've read, the pictures indicate the body style of the girl. But they are all attractive ladies.

Regarding tipping, as was already mentioned, some of the girls offer extras and others don't. Several of them will do the massage nude instead of just topless for an extra 75. But YMMV. Some reviewers were offered this, and others weren't. It depends on the girl and the vibe she gets from you. I've found that being polite and respectable will open doors to a lot of extras, but I'm always careful not to ask until we've had some time to chit chat and get to know each other a little. If it is your first visit and the girl doesn't know you, asking about extras right away might raise some red flags for her. Sometimes I will wait until the end of a first session to know whether I would even want extras based on our chemistry and her skill level.

And of course there is the tip at the end (regardless of extras) for the attitude / level of service. Unless I've had a bad experience, I'll always give her a little extra to show my appreciation. Some guys don't if all that was provided was a massage and HJ. It's a matter of personal preference.

Made a trip to B&F massage the other day and got a gal probably in her mid to late 30's. Pretty gal with a nice set of tits. I scheduled a session with Honey-Chanel at her incall yesterday in the afternoon, we texted back and forth, agreed on rate and yes she is available at the time I needed. She said she is near the airport, and to call her 30 minutes beforehand for the address. I stopped and called on the way at -30 minutes. No answer, left a message, sent a text asking for the address. Ended up at a gas station near the airport about 10 minutes before our agreed on time, sent texts, waited, and you can guess the rest. No response from her, no texts, no info at all. I understand that things come up, but at the least I would like a "sorry I couldn't make it", even if it is later in the day.

I found one good review of her on this forum, so I don't know what the problem was yesterday. In her pictures she's cute, but if you're looking for reliable you may want to pass.
