Guys, just wanted to reemphasize, especially in regards to those that say that they have seen Marie before but no longer have her number.

About a year ago there was a hobbyist who told me that he saw Marie beforehand but lost her number. I asked him couple of questions and he responded vaguely. I pressed for more specifics and he told me not to worry and that he already got her number from somebody else.

Well later on, just like before, Marie ended up having problems with him and again had to ask him not to call her anymore. So please send those people to me. I don't ask overly personal questions, only ones that would help Marie to figure out who it is. If a person refuses to provide a name that Marie knows him by (among few other things that in no way could compromise hobbyist's identity) in my experience it's a sure sign of trouble.

At a large scale teaching hospital, it's practically impossible to work out an "arrangement" without it setting off red flags. The electronic paper trail is ridiculous. Too much documentation.
