Sorry to tell you but yes it could happen to some people but they most likely have a slight allergy to Latex to make this occur. The allergic reaction may not be enough to cause a rash but could cause an infection from irritation that turns into infection from urinating. It does happen it's happen to me actually. Had 5 days of Bactrim and was good to go.
