I concur with your assessment one hundred percent. I am currently building a small stable of UTR's because I want to stop the street game entirely. I did some cruising of the Baltimore main drags yesterday and I slipped up on one of the mongering rules. I do not have the time to report it right now as I have to attend a little cocktail party. This incident happened about two weeks ago. I was cruising Curtis Bay and I drove down Fairhaven. I picked up Tracey who is a semi cute 44 year old petite brunette. We decided to find a spot. As I was driving, we had good conversation and I decided to upgrade to FS. She said that if we were going to go to notel that she had to drop by her house first to pick up some things. I should have known when I got to the house that she did not leave there. She then stated that she needed the money that I was going to spend on her. I said to her that "you said that you were going to your place to get your things. " I said what do you need my money for and that I don't pay until the clothes are off. She said that she would use the money to get some things and that she would return in a minute. She said that she was going to leave her phone and purse.

Now I know that I should not have and really did not want to give her the money upfront to go get some stuff. She was cute and convincing and horny, so I let my guard down on one of the rules of mongering. I told her she had two minutes. While she was gone I moved my vehicle so that if there was someone in the house that they could not directly come to me and rob me. She took about five minutes and I was pissed. She comes back to check to see if I was still there and then she asks for another minute. I am red hot by this time and ne again I move my car in case she was trying to set me p for someone to retrieve her phone and purse.

After I parked and watched the house, a car came up and she came out of the house and went to the car. She then left the car and walked toward the last place I had parked. She looked around but didn't see me. She then walked back to the car, got I and drove off. Now I think this may have been her plan the entire time. She called or texted for someone to pick her up after she got the drugs.

This girl thought I was an easy mark because I nice and polite and she was correct. I had not been mongering in Baltimore for a few months and I let my guard down. I should have been more forceful on telling her that she was not going to get any money from me until the deed is done, whether she was sick or not. Anyway I hid the phone in a Baltimore adando. I then checked her bag which was full of drug paraphernalia. I drove about 30 miles away and tossed her purse.

I think with a lot of these girls going through this "my phone was stolen bullshit", are trying the same tactics as above and the guys are pissed that they waited for the girl and she never comes back. Or if the girl does return to the vehicle, the girl wants her phone but does not want to get into the vehicle because she already got the drugs she wanted. The guys get pissed that they were used and they drive off with the girl's phone on the front seat. Never let your guard down and pay upfront.
