If I had to venture a guess, Kate may be catering to the convention crowd and depending on outcalls. As you say, incalls cost more because she doesn't usually have that expense.

I usually see the outcall prices higher for most providers around the country. I assume this is to cover the costs of gas and maybe a driver plus the additional travel time she incurs.

Is it strange that she has a higher incall than outcall price? Would someone of longer standing care to enlighten me on this?
