I have had this discussion with a friend of mine and we both agree if they have a sting set up, they will find a way to bust you. I don't think that is in dispute.

The discussion originated with a question about taking one for the team, which carries the greatest amount of risk. Those women that have not yet been vetted. In a situation like this I think you have to go with your gut. You are taking a pretty big risk when you do TOFTT. There is no sure fire way to meet a new woman without getting busted, but precautions can be taken and that is what the original question was concerning. You do all that you can to make the initial meeting as safe as possible. That is all you can do.

Particularly regarding actions that lower your risk surface, and I wasn't trying to dissuade anyone from TOFTT. I was pointing specifically to the belief that if you don't mention sexual activities then LE can't bust you. This is false and everyone needs to know it. I understand that if I walk into a hotel room where:

1. a woman has placed an advertisement for what are clearly sexual services.

2. I have a large amount of money.

3. There are condoms or other types of paraphernalia indicating pay 4 play activity (This is actually optional, the first two will get you busted).

Then the cops will hook me up and take me away (or give me a citation). Not mentioning sex or anything else won't stop that from happening. There's no "check" that will prove they aren't LE, except when she starts to suck or fuck you.

That's all. We just need to know that and not kid ourselves. You can lower the risk but not the reality of what you're doing.

NO! This comes up so much that it really needs to be dispelled. There's nothing you can ask, do or say that will protect you from law enforcement if they are conducting a sting and you show up with a lot of cash in your pocket. If you get pinched remain silent and get a lawyer.

In fact, I rarely give a bad review, so I feel kind of bad, in looking back. She is a nice girl. My sense is she was just trying to make ends meet. Has a child. She is too young to be jaded at this point.

The cop check doesn't actually work. They are allowed to touch you, and you can touch them. As long as you don't mention a form of payment for a sexual act, you are usually good. That's why I only mention time.

Second, of course, make sure the vibe is there. Texts and communication seem legit. She must be willing to send at least one pic showing some nudity, a breast, whatever.

Third, when you get there, scan the room, position yourself so you can see the entire room (in case of hotel). Be observant of closed doors.

Fourth, (guilty as charged) don't talk cash or give any cash prior to the dream. Have her touch you and vice versa.

Fifth, never allow her to give you a back massage to start things off. If she suggests it, leave. You are in a very vulnerable position, can't see what is happening in the room.
