You should be fine with an agency as long as you go with one that's well known. Independent escorts aren't that bad for incall, you just have to be careful. Helps to go with reviewed girls, that way you have less chance of LE unless they're caught and used as a front. Never talk anything explicit on the phone / text. If SHE starts getting explicit, haul ass. It can also depend on the part of town you're in. OTP South doesn't have much action in general for example so chances of LE are low-ish.
