Halfchi, I think she texted you because I contacted her (via text) about the fire and PD to check WTF was going on and why she stood you up. I don't like posting for girls that do that to guys. I was the one that was stood up. Funny thing about my experience was that it was on Saturday night. When I got there, tried texting and calling, straight to voicemail. I waited around, checking out the neighborhood and on my last pass by her condo there was a ton of commotion in the street, guys standing around a few parked cars that were there every time I passed previously. A cop with lights on and a fire truck was just pulling up. All this just outside her place. I didn't want to stick around so I left.
