IMO it's safe enough, but most providers there are high volume and on something. There are only a few hotels in that area that are decent. The rest are motels or hotels past their prime. The only real plus is that it's close to downtown Raleigh so you can go drink your troubles away after a bad experience.

I KNOW that my personal regiment for personal cleanliness borders on OCD so I am asking you gents for your opinion.
