Cops yank her, then tell me I can get fined and have my car confiscated for pandering. I thank them very much and drive away.

So consider this. Could they have arrested me? I'm sure they could have. Could they have at least written me a ticket for no seat belt or unclean windshield or something? You bet. Why didn't they? If they arrest me and charge me, they have a ton of paperwork to do. Then if I fight it, they have to go to court. And since they didn't see money change hands, didn't see me pick her up, or didn't catch us in the sex act, they have a very slim chance of making the charge stick.

So when are you at risk? If they see you stop and a hooker gets in your car, you could be whammed for pandering. If you're caught in the act, obviously, or if they see you give her money.

Now don't get me wrong, getting stopped is no fun. It's crap. I can't say as I enjoyed the talking to I got from the police officer and I can't say I enjoy being at risk for some other enforcement procedure, such as disturbing the peace or whatever charge they can make stick easily. If they find drugs on the hooker, they have probable cause to search your car. No drugs? Still a hassle. So for the MOST part, you are pretty safe if all you have is a hooker riding with you. (MOST part, other factors may enter.).

There are a million possible reasons you did not get arrested or ticketed. Get stopped 10 times, I bet you get busted 7 times. The obvious difference in your scenario is that the woman in your car is not an undercover police officer. You may not want to believe it but police officers lie all of the time. If the encounter is not recorded, the officer can say anything.

I would consider that a fairly shifty thing to do besides stupid. You would deserve anything you caught from a girl that'she had sex with a hundred other guys, is probably a drug user and might be a needle sharer. So don't be an asshole and give a girl a unwanted surprise. Plus if you do that, make sure she can't I'd you in any way from a stolen I'd, your license plate, your type or anything else. A DNA test might put you on the hook for child support. So you still think you're being clever?

Can you record the proceedings / conversation on your cell phone or on a dash cam? I would think letting a cop know they are being recorded might bring their tactics in line at the time of the stop.

She has to be a SW that got jam up and being used by LEO. If you look online a undercover can't get herself in harms way by getting in the vehicle. A SW can get in because she is not a LEO. Just remember that giving someone a ride is not illegal but if that SW have something with her that the two of you can be charged for what she has. Yesterday afternoon I flew into Midway returning from a business trip and on the way home decided I wanted some coffee. I pulled into the D/D on Cicero /47th, went inside, got my coffee and returned to my car. My car was facing 47th St and as I was sitting there drinking my coffee I noticed this absolutely stunning black girl walk on the sidewalk in front of my car and smile directly at me. As she walked away I noticed that she then went across Cicero to the back of the McDonalds parking lot, got in the rear seat of a blacked-out SUV and the vehicle then drove away. I then decided to leave and who pulls up next to me at the next stop light North of McDonalds? The blacked-out SUV with 2 uniformed cops sitting in the front seat and her sitting in the back seat. I looked right at her and smiled and just shook my head. She just looked at me with a cold stare.

From where that SUV had been parked they had clear view of her at all times and I'm sure that had she got into my car they would have been all over me like flies on shit. I'm glad I don't do street walkers but I still can't get that face and body out of my mind.
