I work in the financial / Credit Card processing industry, no charge / debit is completely final where you (Cardholder) can't get a refund. Don't let them (business owner fool you) Merchants constantly get charged chargebacks. In the billions of dollars each year. And HX can be one of them.

The TOS, whether secret or not is BS. Some of the things they block for aint even adult rated or themed. It's a joke, should be a child's website, with the censorship.

It looks like level calculations are working again. Friday morning about 540 people moved up a level -- an enormous number for a single day, but since the system was not functioning for almost 90 days, it had quite a backlog to catch up on. More than a dozen people jumped up two levels, and at least one person moved up three.

I actually moved up a level last week. But I'm curious. How are you checking the levels? Are you scraping the data?

The level calculator is broken in Humaniplex. It's supposed to assign a level 0 to 5 to each person, increasing the level when a person has picked up enough ratings in their network. But that hasn't happened for a couple months now. Everybody is stuck at the same level they had on about November 9. It's not just the overall level, but also the five components: safety, compliance, etc. None of them are being updated...
