I only know of two Spa's on exit 12, on 12 A its BMB and 12 be its Top spa, both have the same owner as of the last few months. Both are full service every time. Do you know of others off of exit 12 on GA 400?

Don't listen to wing dick. He has no clue about the Cumming-area KAMPs. Both BMB and Top are OK. Fine Touch has been on a decline for a long time.
