Not sure why you keep asking what would the rest of us do. You can't do nothing except chuck it up as a loss. Unless you're about that life too and want to make a big deal about it. I've been scammed too, twice. Did I feel mad and wanted to go back to my car and get my blaster and walk back to the room and do some things? Of course. But I didn't. Because in the grand scheme of things, it's just money. Let her have it. Like you said yourself, one day she will cross the wrong person who is about that life who might end up f#ng her up. But hey, right about that time, you might be on here posting about a great experience you just had.

Posts: 23I would have thought the same, except when I entered there was a little girl sleeping on the couch. The place was trashy and smelled like cat urine. We went to her room and I could tell she was living there. Lots of pics of her and her daughter.

Her mom came to the bedroom and said that her brother had suddenly showed up. I said is she going to give me back my money? Anyhow her mom said I needed to leave and that her daughter would call me.
I texted back and forth with her and told her she needs to be careful because some guys won't be so forgiving.
Anyway it's messed up because she definitely lives there and is pulling this scam with her kid in the apt. She is a really dumb *****.
So what would you guys do? It was only $ lost, but still.
The ***** has balls though. She posted on 2/4. I posted a warning on BP.

It tracks back to a person named Gia, who robbed him. It would be interesting to get some details, but knowing enough to avoid her is good to know.
If she robbed someone at her own place, she could be setting herself up for some serious tricks during Halloween. Rotten eggs or tomatoes, or ringing the doorbell and running away. Or maybe even something trickier.

Maybe it's our fault. There are some local providers who seem real enough, using photos that look real, and using locations that don't look silly, but there are zero reviews about them here or anywhere else.
Here's an example: http://philadelphia.backpage.com/Fem...-3505/28391913 . She's been around a while and looks pretty good. But no reviews. There seem to be so few people really using this forum, that maybe that's part of the problem. Also, back to the AMP theory. If they are not too bad and safe, then, heck, I might give them a try, too. Still, I'm convinced there should be a lot of potential adult providers who'd get into it, maybe in a limited way, if they could feel safe about it. In other areas of the US, members of this forum, who have been around a while on it, can be seen as safe bets. And there are other screening services that I think work pretty well.

Posts: 23Crazy thing is she did that at her home. Not even a hotel where these things usually happen.

Posts: 38But AMPs have been around forever though. Why should they now start to affect the regular * I mean I remember just as far back as two years ago, you could search northeast and there were so many girls it was like a treasure trove. Smh. All good things must come to an end I guess.

Posts: 720King of Prussia on BP, The Bogus and the Not Bogus
So many ads for providers in King of Prussia have bogus pics and no reviews findable. The pics come from all over Europe and Russia. These seem to be providers with appointment makers who work for a lot of them at once. They won't text back, and they don't care if you send them a link to the real photos. I'd like to know if anyone has ever tried any of them, such as:
http://philadelphia.backpage.com/Fem..._-age/23590372 , or http://philadelphia.backpage.com/Fem...-only/25299960 ,or many more. The photos are 1000% real, just not of them.
The decent ones we see usually are from out of town. I don't understand why in a huge metro area like this, there are not more nice ones out there. As I've mentioned, maybe it's the AMPs that provide competition. But I think that a lot of them who might like to do it just don't know how to go about it, be safe and all. The information is out there, but it takes some time to digest it and to have a plan to step into it slowly. Wish I could help some.

Some good points. However, for the most part the legitimate ones usually do give a single, real location, even if it's general, such as "King of Prussia. " That's safe enough.
I think Backpage does require some sort of location in addition to what might be added. So, we might see "Center City" followed by something more accurate. Still, it's pretty clear that there's a high correlation between advertisers using bogus, borrowed pics and who have no reviews anywhere and who are therefore suspect, and those who list all manner of places where they are.
I'm just observin'.
