Thats the beauty of the place. Look legit. Give an above average rub with nice tug, leave happy. Showers in every room so you don't look or feel greasey. Clean set up. Door is like 65 or 70. Tip 40 for he, 60-80 topless, more if more is on the menu. Enjoy. The girls are generally white and a little on older / heavy side (hence the reference to IHOP waitresses. In October 2014 I was in Orlando for a couple of days. While there, I called an ad on BP and was directed to a commercial address on the Orange Blossom Trail just north of the Florida Tollway. Not an AMP. Pretty, nice white girl with an ample chest did a competent body rub. I will be coming back in April, and I was wondering if that place is still there. Any thoughts? Heard she was alot like nikki and decided to see if there would be more fun to be had. I can't put into words how wrong I was. I hope I save some of you guys the money and trouble. DO NOT GO SEE HER. Absolute worst experience I have ever had. I mean so bad that a fwe times during the session I wondered to myself what I was even doing there at all. I have been to luxsa many many times and been more than pleased with the experience regardless of what the provider decided to offer but his girl was absolutely terrible. I felt absolutely unwelcome. Had the chance to see one of tara's new girls in Maitland. The one with the really pretty blue eyes. Dark hair and real pretty face. Taller of the new girls. Plenty of curves. Great massage. PM if you want more details. Pricey at 120 per hour but she was so nice and gave a real solid rub. Met a couple of the other ones. Ever since Tara stopped seeing clients for massage, the quality has gone slightly down hill. In terms of massage quality, the girls are hit or miss. Def not the same quality as what Tara and Jenna used to given when they were a duo. At one point in time her fleet of girls included Heidi from IHOP in WP and a smaller BBW gal named Adry. Adry gave a decent massage, but she was too full of herself. Adry thought she was the hottest thing alive. Honestly, she'll rush your ass out in 45 min during an hour massage smh. Have been visiting here for the past 6-8 months and have always had a good experience. They have 1-2 providers who are consistently here and rotate some new faces in every couple weeks or so. I've always had good service and been able to request my favorite (Jun / Tina). Ladies are in the 30-40 range but well maintained. FS does not seem to be available but liberal roaming, nude body sliding are on the menu in addition to a good HE. Consistent go-top place for me as I live on this side of town.

I have it on good authority that CB had to close due to old plumbing and rain issues. The building is very old and it could not handle the recent heavy rains we have been having.

They are hoping to be back up and running sometime mid-week.

This place is my ATF for quality: beauty, service, and management (who tries to get the best providers in the business). Do yourself a favor and go there as much as you can when they re-open.
