I'm guessing that won't be up long once guys start calling and showing up then running away as fast as they can. Used an app to survey the area for crime, and turns out that specific area is the highest concentration for reported incidents, not to mention those never reported. I'm not judging, as I'm apt to take calculated risks from time to time, but that's just asking a lot for diminishing returns on investment and risk. Just my $. 02.

The Trail is not all that bad as advertised. There are obvious problems associated with that area, but it is not as bad as it's reputation dictates. If anything, trouble usually finds more people that are not doing anything wrong. There are worse potential incidents that occur consistently on I-Drive (the tourist friendly area with a glowing reputation) than the Trail.

I hope the most important man on this great forum Admin 2 allows this response to post TH. You are correct in saying that you and I and maybe 1 other monger have definitely gotten to know one another via PM for the past year. I have very few people I PM with. WOW the amazing dreams I could have had. But that was a different time and the candy back then was crack. No internet, all by the seat of your pants.
