See my reply to Swanson. Augusta IS a complete shithole of a place, but Kings has been more reliable than anywhere in ATL so far for me. At any rate, if you don't by my experience from Augusta, you can still tell me where to go in ATL for good service.

There are two, but Kings spa has always treated me better. It can be a little hit or miss on how young / attractive the girls are, but I've had more hits than misses. They are pricey, at $80/ hr, and they want 60 for an HJ. So yeah, Pricey, but I generally have good luck there. To my great surprise, I've not found a good experience in ATL yet.
