I would take the accuracy of this list with a grain of salt. While I have seen a few on there that do offer BBFS. The first unknown one I decided to PM, responded negatively and blocked me. So yeah, tread lightly.

Not one of my providers came from a trade or freebee and my count is close to 3 digits.
