Like most slang terms it will depend upon which "world" or context she is in. "CUPCAKES" on the street usually means LSD/ACID but with the younger crowd it's acting all lovey dovey and flirting etc (more like GFE) and it also describes a nasty act between two gay dudes. So take your pick of what you think it could be or if you're interested enough just call and ask her. Good luck.

Thanks JB. Here's my earlier post. I must say, I'm impressed at her ability to hold out for high reward as opposed to going for volume. Somehow, despite all of the challenges, she's apparently still able to keep that balance where she is able tend to her familial responsibilities while continuing the lifestyle. She did confide in me that the 2 spots she likes to use in North Attleboro, MA and North Smithfield, RI (both close to where she lives, because she needs to tend to kids) look the other way only as long as she doesn't abuse the privilege. Hence the high rates and difficulty with scheduling. She's milking that legendary status as best as anyone possibly could. Finally, notice the text on her recent ads "Must be verified D&D Free". Her marketing team deserves a lot of kudos.
