I agree that they are unlikely to do that (yet), especially around here. That's why I wrote "conceivable". Also, that would not be a way of "finding these girls," it would be a way of entrapping hard-to-get johns, specifically those who research their providers carefully. And yes, that is also unlikely--as long as there are plenty of stupid ones to go around.
