Fatima / Halo
The Wayne County morgue doesn't have Fatima in residence. That's the good news. The bad news is that if Fatima has indeed suffered a serious head injury, she will probably never be the same again.

Hallo's earliest release date is early 2016. Las Vegas odds are 100 to 1 that Halo will not be leaving prison to become a brain surgeon or an astronaut. Meaning that in the not too distant future we can probably expect to see her strolling John are waiting for her next victim to pull up.

Halo / Fatima
Halo is currently in prison. I don't have the details where or out date, but it's still a while. Not sure if the two incidents have any relationship.
The fact that Fatima can't be found is probably a good sign. Just an educated guess, but based on what I have read here. She suffered a severe head injury, not unlike a car accident. There are many smaller re-hab facilities, nursing homes. That deal with issues like this. So assuming g-the forbid that she's not dead but has had a serious injury, chance are she has been transferred to a facility that either will work on rehabilitating her or care for her in what ever state she is in. Hopefully rehabilitating her.

Wonder where Halo is now?
And I hope the Po Po arrest and convict the person who offed Fatima.

No records of Fatima at the Oakland County examiners either. Both offices stated that if she had past they would have record of it due to the nature of the situation.

Fatima
After reading the latest report on Fatima it dawned on me that I know someone that worked at the examiners officer. They gave me a name and number to call. There is no record of Fatima being deceased, at least through their facilities in Detroit. However, they would only have a record if she past in a Detroit hospital. Don't know if her family moved her after the attack but if they did it'd most likely would have been to Oakland County were she was moved.
