Forsyth County passed their new ordinance 124 regulating massage parlors & Spas last night. Kicks in Jan 1st. Based on & essentially the same as JC's rules.

I'd like to hear some of the actual language from this new ordinance. Called a couple of Chinese provider friends to inquire. They knew about the new law but didn't know specifics.
