First of all, it wasn't me- I don't drive an SUV. I'm glad you ended the story, with no hard feelings, because you are right, there are no rules of decency or etiquette when involved in the quest for pussy. It is a literal free for all, and anything goes.

As you are beating off after such an incident has occurred, you can take a little bit of solace in knowing that if this clown in the SUV continues operating in this manner while trolling the zone for pussy, and by that I mean even the slightest motor vehicle infraction or other stupid mongering behavior like stopping and having the girl chat with him through the window etc, it won't be long before LE will make his life quite miserable.
