I had a follow up opportunity to visit Pacific in Cascsde. Calling a few minutes ahead to check availability, Olivia answered. I recently had the opportunity to visit Pacific on the 28th. It was an unexpected opportunity closer to the end of their business day and checked whether Katrina was working that day. She was not, but Heidi was available. Heidi appeared to be as described previously with fault broken English. There was one other lady working at that time, but I could not get a good look or a name. From the passing glance I got, she is about 5' 4", somewhat plump, and had curly dark hair.
