I've gotten underneath top and bottom but not easy. And I hate the front room on the 2nd floor as the road noise is annoying. Her dog is an issue as well. Believe it or not, she used to model.

Like I said I would, I went to see Ching Ching, I didn't ask her name so I really don't know if that's it or not. Three call system, woman on the phone spoke good English and gave good directions.
