Why is it that these are not loading onto my laptop anymore? Am I missing some software as I see all the BP pics fine on my phone but not puter. Any technical assistance is appreciated.

Not sure if you're using Chrome, IE, Firefox or other, but you might check to see if the pics load in some browsers but not others. If that's the case, at least you'll have ruled out hardware probs.

A forum search on the keyword "crapshoot" will pull up a ton of prior discussion about Chinese crapshoot operations.
