Nice middle aged lady picks up, say you can get VIP 1-on-1 "shows" with your select girl. . 30 for the room, and tips start at $, can tip more for a "better show". A bit pricey when you factor in having to tip more for supposedly better service.

It's just a shop. Haven't seen any of these girls, but the shop has been there in the same area along Busch Blvd for 15+ years. If you don't want to haggle, try the new Ritz on Kennedy. At least you'd have flat pricing (new to Tampa, but was the old Tropical Gardens / Final Touch shops).

This girl has had a number of ads up the last few weeks. A google search shows older ads with different pics of the same girl, not just the ones in the school girl outfit. No tineye hits. The only thing that's got me worried is the fact that she requests texts only. Thats normally the reverse of how it works and with that exposing johns website scam, it had my spidey senses tingling.

Anyone have any info on this one?

The conversations and text etc. Etc. Are hard lined past the you. S border, thus you. S law can not govern the taping or observing of such data.

US citizens and permanent residents are subject to the laws of the USA irrespective of where the person is located at the time. So, for example, possessing and smoking pot in international waters is still a violation of US law.

I don't know how states have dealt with the issue--that is, is a resident of, say, Florida who is currently in Mexico subject to the same 'wiretap' law regarding recording a phone call that s / he would be if the call were entirely within Florida?

Just another example of how it's so easy to get caught up in the "three felonies a day" and end up in the pokey for something you didn't know you did, let alone knowing it was illegal.

Is possibly a violation of federal wiretap laws. Regardless of the fallout to the mongers, they could get into huge trouble if they are doing that.

The State of Florida requires all parties in a conversation--irrespective of whether that conversation is in-person or via phone--to consent to the recording. This is where some people get in trouble video taping police in their work--there is no law against photography in public places and this law does have an exception for public places where there is "no reasonable expectation of privacy. " But if the police are at a shopping center, tavern, or other privately-owned facility the law holds differently.

Note that "public place" is not necessarily what most people think of as a public place. For example, most shopping centers are privately owned and do not permit photography or video recording on their premises. While most people think of a shopping center as a "public place" because the public gathers there, if it is private property it is not a "public place" under the law.

Given the financial situation of most providers they couldn't afford to buy a domain name, pay for hosting, and built a web site to get retribution to a monger with whom they were pissed. And if they did--and the monger sued and won--the monger would probably not collect anything.

When a provider requests texts it is typically because she has an "Obama Phone" (free phone for low-income peeps) which comes with limited voice calling, but unlimited SMS ("texting".

And for the record the whole "free phone" think started under the Clinton administration in 1996 for land-lines only. In 2008 the program was extended to include cellular phones, so they should probably be called "Bush Phones".
