I equate the quality of service for Hawaii's AMPs to the OC AAMP's. OC AMP's are good for a Blow and Go. At OC AAMP's, they provide a GFE session with DFK and BBBJ. The only thing missing is the TS. You obviously have to make an appointment and go through some screening, but once you do, you're just a phone call away from sessioning with a CYT.
