1 good way would be to be more discreet if you are moonlighting. The bozos I am referring to is Management at IR, they are too illerate to read this forum but not that stupid to see Backpage Ads. Discreet means don't show your face on the your Backpage AD and don't use your dancer stage name at the Club.
