The cute tourist I fucked last week actually came at me with a request for $$$$.5 a date. Here was my response. It got me down to my usual $ a date. I usually just delete GPS girls, but I was bored and horny, so I gave it a shot. I may have posted this before. Here is my updated version.

"I don't really negotiate and here's why. I feel every girl is worth what she perceives her value to be, whatever that amount is. If I tell you that you are worth less, then your opinion of me is going be less as well. And I don't see that as an ideal place to start a relationship of any kind.

But I will say this. You are new to this and here is what you are going to find out. Is that many of the guys on here are full of shit. And the ones that will pay more? Well guess what? They want every girl they can have, and at those higher amounts they can have any girl they want. So they see you a few times (or once) and then poof. They're gone.

And maybe that's all you want. But I need something reasonable, long term and someone I can count on.

    What about you?"

Good Luck to Everyone this Summer.

Maybe, but the downside to losing was far greater than jumping through their hoops and accepting a deal. Bottom line, they don't need evidence to arrest, harass and ruin your life. Hell, they can even take your car if you drove there.

It's nothing but SB's for me now. Can't afford another run in with uncle.
Sorry you had a bad experience. Too bad you didn't stand up for yourself in the courts. Breaking in after an act was consummated seems like a win for any defense attorney worth his salt. Unless you gave up your 5th Amendment Rights or the girl did, I doubt they had enough to convict. Or were there key facts not mentioned like the girl setting one up?

But true. IF the cops want to mess with you they will. Sure they can arrest you for apparently no reason. That said, just because the cops CAN mess with you doesn't mean that one should not take precaution, preserve their rights or play in a way that allows an attorney to get charges dropped or prevail.

If one can't stand the potential embarrassment at home or professionally, then one ought not play the game. Seems like SB dating isn't risk free either, plenty of chances for a SB to create a scene, contact a SO, blow up a phone or create other kind of trouble. I can't recall seeing it YET, but me thinks if LE is running stings off of CL & BP, at some point some crusading LE is gunna find a way into the SB scene too.

So yeah, go ahead and "date" using your personal email address, phone number registered in your own name, take your phone into dates and talk sex for money! The evening news is waiting for you. Jeez.

Nah, I think it makes sense to play carefully and safe if for no other reason than to give one's attorney a fighting chance. Me thinks most of what was mentioned would do that, but I'm all ears for additional suggestions.

Oh, and in addition in the situation where one does encounter LE, it makes sense to know ones rights and how to avoid giving up one's rights. 20-min of the follow gives a good primer.

Yeah the Gloria Allreds of the world, who were too fugly to get laid much even when they were younger, never had an opportunity to supplement their college education this way and thus are likely to do whatever they can to level the playing field and make life difficult for hottties.

That's not to say any legal woes would befall anyone of us reading it here, but I don't want to see SD sites that promote legitimate arrangements all be branded as online brothels, because not all of us use them that way.

What I didn't like seeing were the TV shows recently discussing this new "phenomenon". It just brings attention to too many people who have the means to eventually get it shut down. I'm talking about the Femanatzee women in congress that are jealous. It will be those type of women who would make it a crusade with the media to put a stop to it by causing these sites and the girls that sign up for them to dry up.

I will be one of the SD that won't contribute to the escorts coming on this site. If we all just collectively do the same it would go a long way to preserving what we have.

The BP girls will simply migrate to the SB scene (those who are able at least), junking up the supply and attracting more attention. It's a shame because some of us operate fully within the law.

All they have to do is lock out credit cards and everything we do or talk about in this thread, even if legal, is over.

The worlds oldest profession won't go away, for sure. What will change is who is willing to do it due to the ways available to them to do it.

Mainstream college girls do this because the websites have legitimized it in their mind and made it safe. Once that legitimacy is undermined, and it becomes watch-dogged to the point where their future is in jeopardy if they signup for a site, that category of women won't be available online in anywhere near the same volumes.

Allofmp3 basically does still operate using bitcoin, but still they are a shadow of their former self.

Sugardaddying itself would never go away of course, but it would be forced into underground mode where far fewer girls would be comfortable even uploading their pictures to it, and it would not get near the media exposure that it gets now.

I'm sure it would continue in some form -- it can still be done via mainstream dating sites, but doing it successfully and in high volumes would get a lot more difficult.

A site that is deemed to be engaging in illegal activity is way over the head of typical CC issues or ecommerce challenges one might encounter at a legal dating site.

The fate would be more like what happened to Silk Road than anything you would encounter at a perfectly legal dating site that's having some commerce problems.

Look up Silk Road (the drug website) to see where things would go.

What they were doing was deemed legal in Russia because of the way music is licensed there, but because it was a problem for the music industry here, they found a way to effectively shut them down.

It started with blocking credit cards and any other form of banking available to North America, and slowly progressed to the point where the service still "sort of" exists to a handful of grandfathered underground users, but the overall experience, and the hassles and hoops you had to jump through just to get a simple transaction through was more than most people would be willing to tolerate.

The problem is that once it is deemed to be a conduit to "illegal" activity, it's going to be a lot worse than what happened to allofmp3 for SD sites, because as I said they were deemed to be operating legally (just not to the subjective liking of US legislature). SD sites will not be able to play that card if there is a lot of evidence on the table of people making direct offers for money for sex transactions via mail and text, thus will suffer a much worse fate than music sharing sites.
