However, I hope you know the Chinese guys only bought the Casino lot and the neighboring property with Pacific Diamond on Kapiolani, and the old pet store on Makaloa. The lot with 74 and Talent is owned by a different business entity that also owns the separate lots with the adult store and Evergreen. That LLC is a consortium of 4 or 5 other LLCs owned by a local family. Btw, I'm not calling you an idiot.

Most of the KBs are losing money right now, so slim chance of a bar will be at the Casino site. I don't think the site will be a long lease cause next door Summit is about to folding up it's tents. The Summit / casino lot will probably be developed along with 74, EG lot.

Come on owners. $30 for neko? No wonder not too many young guys like me hang out at bars these days. Cause I am making less than $30 an hour as most of the young dudes do, and they want $30 for a neko? I might have to change my hobby to fishing.

Yeah, why not open a cheap massage parlor at Casino so that mayor Kenoi can help "promote" its success by being a "special" member making sure the potential providers meet certain "requirements"! Have the mama san offer reduced prices in quickie 1/2 price 30 minute specials or cheap HJ or BJ so that the KBG can earn some extra $$ when its slow. I bet many customers at all the KB on Kapiolani would be thinking, "why spend $100 on KBG and only get stink finger when I can walk over for FS at that price"? The KBG would be more pressured to perform at cheaper prices than ask for $30 neko when her customer says "I can get a BJ at Cascino instead!

I think now is the time to consolidate and get the best price while the pricing is still there EG has a cabaret license that would be the selling point as she already knows.

Nimitz complex if I remember correctly had Monte Carlo, Manila Manila, and Crystal Palace. Two floor of KB's put together. Also going in a elevator.

Talent possibly changing hands in August (Yujin? ). Paperwork still incomplete. Premium liquor $3 liquidation price on selected bottles on a weekly, not daily basis (as the big giveaway). XO may be the other takeover interest by the same KBG. Good luck to the LVB financing the change because of current KB condition $.
