I'm not sure what the cost is today. I got clipped 25 years ago, and I had insurance. For you guys who are married, if you really want to get it done, just tell the wife you don't want to have any more kids and that you are both too old to go thru the diapers again. To the new guys here, I can't stress enough that you need to adhere to no more than 150 per meet as much as you can. Before I found this forum, I was typically offering 200. I learned quickly that there is plenty of quality pussy to be had at the 150 price point. Oh, you will have some walk away if you don't go to 200 or more. Smokarz sorry for the overly complicated tips. I tend to be overly descriptive sometimes. Abbreviated version is below.

Tell her to make sure she's empty before you go anal on her. If she's not clean or you don't know, jimmy up. If she's clean and you're not worried about stds go raw. Wow. What a find. This thread is a life saver. I started dipping into the bowl about a month ago with some mixed results, mainly due to being an idiot. The first few weeks was all GPS girls asking for $2 k a month. Finally got a few better leads.

Danny this sounds complicated, and lots of work. She said she had done it only twice with her ex hubby. But they did not use lubes and it hurts her.

Yeah, I had UTI once and I k ow exactly how that feel. I was in the hospital a few days taking antibiotics while having mini-me being poked at and examined. I will put on a cover just to stay safe, and make clean up easier. Also, we'll be at the hotel so no need to worry about the sheets or mattress.

Just my two cents here. I am sure others have their tips and preferences for backdoor play.

If this isn't her firstime you should be fine. She will know to make sure her bowels are empty. If not, make sure they are by either an enema (cold coffee since the caffine will be a diaruetic). That is on the extreme end of course, so long as she has relieved herself you should be fine. Mainly you want to avoid her losing control of her bowels while you are inside if her. Depending of your size, some girls lose control because the pain and the fact that there is a hard penis spreading their starfish. If a lot of lube is used, that doesn't help with bowel control either. Basically, unless you don't mind poop on the bed and on your Johnson, make sure her bowels are empty. Of course some guys get off on that kind of stuff. I'm not one to judge.

Lube is whatever your preference is, since you've indicated you're going in uncovered. I personally don't have a prefernce one way or the other and have used spit and a girls juices as lube. Avoid at all costs those lubes that give extra sensation. If this is her first time, handling you inside of her might be hard enough. Apply the lube liberally to her starfish and use your fingers to work the lube inside her. Apply it liberally on your little head before entry.
