Just a little info I forgot to put in my last post.

The "current or fair rate" is not posted or discussed in public that I know of.

I would venture to say the fair rate is what is fair to the purchaser and provider at a given time and place. It is the rate that one feels comfortable with, considering the provider he is with. Of course if the provider agrees to any stated rate during the preliminaries, then that becomes the current or fair rate at that time. All things are negotiable in this game of ups and downs. What one provider may be comfortable with another may not. The one that is not comfortable with certain rates will then rant and rave about how the other girls are dragging her pricing structure down.

This is a game of what is fair and reasonable to those making the deal. For the most part there are those that drive around for hours on end and then just before they leave the area decide this or that girl is the one they want to be with. She gets in the car, and the guy on an extremely tight budget, tells the girl $ 5. 00 or 10.00. Most girls won't even bless those offers with a No. So these guys, and there are a bunch of them, drive more endless hours in circles until they find that girl that will accommodate them. They do the date and go home. When they get up after a few hours rest they look and wonder WTF is dripping from his dick. Then he ventures out again and tries the same crap all over again.

These guys are not getting what might be considered a current or fair rate. They are getting exactly what they paid for.

I tend to stay away from those girls that think they are Gods gift to the avenue. The ones that think their pussy lips are gold and must be financed through a Merrill Lynch loan. They are as much a problem as the 5 and 10 dollar guys. What do these girls have and can they do that others cannot?

Oh and if one is going to hobby, learn to grow a pair! By that I mean learn how to politely NEGOTIATE! Way too many dudes out there are too wimpy to counter when hit with a high offer. Others just don't think with their big head!

Girl is slowly getting an education about what the market will pay and next time you see her, she'll be more open to "normal" rates.

But for the negotiations to work, one has to have BALLZ! If the girl can sense hesitation in you, anxiousness or thinking with the little head, you are going to loose! Look these girls do this day in and day out. They are perfecting their craft everyday. Learning who they can get a HUGE pay day from, and who to take the normal street rates from. So one can let themselves be played or they can learn how to play the game!

What sets the "rate" on the street? I suspect it has something to do with the cost of meds. Now this is an area where I have little info. Just that once shared by a girl. Never seen this one. But it has happened to me about 4 yrs ago. This dude was avg height and had short aurburnish hair. I couldn't tell until it got into the car with me. There is not a girl on that avenue that is getting $80.00 for a half hour on a regular basis. So with that said that is not the going rate. The women I know cannot manage their habit at those rates. The Seniors here know what I'm talking about.

There are girls that are getting $80 for half hour. Those dates are not car, abando, or alley dates. They are in respectable safe clean places where the sheets get changed regularly. There is running hot and cold water with clean facecloths and a hand towel. When I say running I do not mean running through the walls and cabinets. Most of the wildlife keeps its distance. You won't find cans of Raid in the bathroom.

That is not to say some of the a girls aren't worth that rate. As many of them are. It is just the competition is so fervent and tough out there, the girls wouldn't survive one day at those rates.
