I've seen many of these girls before just no personal experience. Saw a couple more at the bus stop at the Family Hollar by Walgreens at 45th and a couple more at 43rd by the inconvenience store. Carrie has been in the hospital since the raid in blossom. First it was because of her leg but, they found that she has endocarditis a common side effect of shooting up. And because she had this untreated she needs surgery, yes open heart surgery, schedule Thursday. This is why she is not coming back I would be surprise if she does, but I think she finally has a weak up call and she is getting the help she needs.

Thanks for sharing the info with us Charlie. I know mine and many others prayers are being sent. This is very, very sad, and we all wish the best for her and a speedy recovery. She is definitely one of the sweetest girls I've ever met. This is unfortunately one of the side effects of this life that she, nor anyone else deserves. This should give her a fresh new start and hopefully be able to live a long and healthy life with her family. I know she means a lot to you also and I respect the manner in which you've handled these reports and requests. If there is a way to convey to her my thoughts and prayers it would be appreciated, but if you choose not to because of her request or for her best well being, I really do understand. I have a legitimate question. Not trying to start a war here but who is paying for that for open heart surgery? I had a knee replacement done 3 months ago and it cost me $4 k of my own money. And I have health insurance. It's just an interesting question to me. I truly hope she gets better and we never see her again.

All of us our taxpayers end up paying for those who can't pay or don't have insurance. Nice for those who can't afford it, sucks for everyone else. I have to pay $300 per month because my deductible for medication. But someone with no insurance get's everything for free. Nice system we have here.
