So, I foumd myself in GR after some jobsite meetings today. Texted this one.

The flip was ok. Nothing special. Minimal roaming until "next time". But, she made sure I had my FULL hour. If I am in the area, I'd see her again.

About a year and a half ago I also had a bad experience with her. Lots of (attempted) up sell, late for apt. , just ok MS and just OK HE, but its sounds like now she is a total scam. I guess I was lucky I to have gotten at least something for my money.

Yeah I wrote a warning on her about a year or two ago. She makes you pay up front and does nothing. Terrible ripoff. Left me in room as she went upstairs, I walked out never saw her. Vindictive side of me wanted to take her parrot she had in the front room by door on way out. Would have been long gone by the time she noticed and woulda got my money back. Terrible.
