I can believe it, although I have not visited Tijuana in many years. Back in the day (8+ years ago or so.) they were a little more loose. Download the Chrome browser on your iPad and then long press on the pic in question. "Search image on Google" will be one of the options that pop up.

That said, it hasn't been as reliable recently and clearly stolen pics have shown up with no other hits. So don't rely on it, but it is a good tool in the arsenal.

Once I visited the actual site and it seemed possible to register and post a real review. I didn't bother pursuing it at all given the heavy emphasis on the shill content.
