Heck I finally seen Dallas recently, and for once in 25 times she did.

Show up, but was flakes, on the phone texting forever, then.

Actually was talking to her husband on the phone, at least 5 minutes.

I said I come back another time, but only if you promise to be ready on time. Well long story short, even though she text me 4 or 5 times afterwards, I still haven't seen her yet. The little red book came from an experience I had over 4 years ago, when, like an ass, I waited 1 1/2 hours for a provider who was not even in her room yet. Is the amount of time that you were required to wait in the classroom until you could leave and assume that the professor was not showing up! I use the academic 15 minutes in my business dealings and in my SP dealings. I have left many an SP hanging who left me hanging longer than 15 minutes to come up to her room.
