I am always punctual to appointments and I expect the same in return. If a provider sets an appointment I expect her to be ready before I arrive (not still in the process of getting ready). I have my own rule on that. I have a little red book of backup numbers. Some of my very best dreams came from that book that I look thru while waiting 10 minutes. I never ever wait 11 minutes. Is the amount of time that you were required to wait in the classroom until you could leave and assume that the professor was not showing up!
