I'll piggyback onto this. The type of service here in Hawaii has improved also. Take 5-7 years ago, BBBJ was really rare at AMPs. You would have to see an "escort" for that. Once BBBJ became standard at a few places they all followed the trend. GREEK is more common now than in Hawaii. BBFS is another thing that used to be unheard of. If we all band together and demand top service we all win.
