This part most certainly will be, neither I, nor our servers are in the USA hence no "federal offence" The applicable law would be where the server is physically located. That country has no privacy laws.

Of course our members know we would never do that, which was why I asked you if you would like me to.

You might want to consider quitting this while you're only this far behind. It's not going to get better.
