Seems that KBs are having difficulties putting it all together. It may be that Kalihi will give Kapiolani a rub because they've been operating in caveman mode from the start.

That's what I said.

Guys count just one side, so 315 is 3 plates and my friends who bench 495 say 5 plates (plate meaning the 45 lb), not 10. I use 5's and can't follow that convention

I start off with four 45 plates and add more plates after that.

When I used to play football for a JC in the mainland. I pump irons daily.

Yah, could be his 375 lb fat ass. However my guess would be his 375 lb ego is what gets benched. Either way, why pay 24 hr fitness dues when you carry the equipment around with you.

You guys right. Some "Laura" is rumored to operate the joint in March. Don't know if it's from the Laura / Coco bartender tandem but just taking a guess. In the meantime, 904 seems to be the boneyard and second life for ex-Kapiolani KBGs who in transition; they no really fit anywhere, age wise, but still desirable despite same.
