I agree with everything DatOneMan said as he's spot on. To add to that, I will say that, from my experience, there is no real correlation between looks and service. I've gotten outstanding GFE and PSE services from many very attractive providers that were personable and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. I've also experienced the same with more average looking providers, so it does vary. On many occaisions, the more attractive, well reviewed and well known providers may have higher rates, but those rates should be all-inclusive with no upselling. From what I've experienced, it seems that you're more likely to encounter upselling from "budget" providers, but they can also range in looks as you can sometimes find hidden gems and hot newcomers that haven't learned the ropes yet.

My advice is to try to feel the provider out a little. Sometimes, you can get a sense of how a provider is before meeting them as you can often tell if a provider is more business like when you call to set up an appointment. As I said before, make your expectations known at some point BEFORE you hand them your hard earned cash. That way, you know if your expectations will be met. If you feel as if they're trying to upsell for something that you feel should be a part of the service and are too business-like for your taste, you can always decline and walk out on them.

It's kind of the same with non-pros. There are girls out there that think they can get by solely on their looks. And because they can pull in a lot of non-regular's they have the flow that doesn't require them to provide better service. The best one's are ones that know that return clients are key, but I guess its really you never know, that why you ask around. Look at some of the top tier girls in town, some of them are 10's across the board. They know that you can alway go and find an attractive girl down the street, and what really sets them apart is the service.

But really its always going to be YMMV, because some girls you can connect with and some you don't, just because she had an outstanding time with one guy, doesn't mean she will with you too. Once you find that one that fires on all cylinders then you stick to her, unless you just like variety, then its all a gamble.
