Made a run up north the other day. Checked out Healthy M. I think it was called. It was not far from 400 off exit 10. East. Saw they have been running some ads so figured I would check them out. As she finished the massage it became apparent that she'll allow a DIY but nothing more. Paid and left.

I agree with you. If the massage is mediocre and / or the masseuse doesn't do the massage how I asked, no reason to tip. If the woman is distracted (on the phone, running out of the room to answer the phone / door), then it's a no-brainer not to tip.
