I'm pretty sure that you are referring to the one who offers the super low rates like 40 for 15 minutes and an hr for under a 100. She has in fact been reviewed here before and IIRC, the experiences were just mediocre at best and she has a tendency to flake out on appts. Still, if I was in the area I would probably give her a try if not just for the low donation as I don't find her particularly attractive, but I'm all for a cheap date as long as she's somewhat decent looking. I'm thinking the LEO presence was just an unfortunate coincidence, but I too would still be a bit unnerved by their presence.

I have been in contact with Rachel since my first attempt, and she has been very responsive and very sweet over texts. I have not been able to schedule an appointment with her yet due to conflicting schedules, however, I do plan on seeing her soon. I had a very similar situation with Rachel yesterday evening. When I called, she stated she was free for the time I was looking for, and she asked for my handle. Called later to confirm her availability and she asked for handle again, which I told her on the phone and texted to her. After a little while I reached out to her but got no response. Eventually she responded by saying she can't meet me tonight.

I have no issue with a provider choosing not to see someone and I actually encourage providers to do what they feel is safe, however, I just wish providers would be upfront and respond in a timely fashion so that we can plan our days.

I may still try to see Rachel in the future when I can do an outcall.
