Have you tried using a different browser? There are known issues with Firefox and Flash. I can't watch most Flash video at work (self-employed, so.) using Firefox because the Flash player crashes. Don't know if this is the appropriate place for this but does fb put restrictions how many times you can search a phone number? Usually a good way to identify a provider but now nothing ever comes up when I put a phone number in. Other people are able to search it except me.
