So I ran into Bianca today. She is OUT of the game. I saw her driving in Warren on her way to work. We were next to each other, she looked over, recognized me immediately and had me pull over. When LE operate a sting they generally scoop up all the local SW's first, then they put their decoy out. If she seems TGTBT or is alone in the area I'd avoid her. Better safe than sorry!
