I've actually had a Sleepy Head long ago in the past. I learned that a person's natural inclination when they fall asleep is to clench their teeth just a little. (I was getting blow jobs from her, and she fell asleep.).

Here are a few more comments on meth-smoking providers, based on many personal experiences with them over the years.

Another icy situation to try to avoid is the sleepyhead, a provider who's been without adequate sleep for a long time because of ice usage and now can hardly keep her eyes open. Unfortunately, sometimes that type of provider can appear wide awake and alert when you initially speak with her, but then gradually deteriorate after you agree to a date. A monger may want to terminate the date at that point (and risk an angry response from the provider), but on the other hand there are sleepy providers who can temporarily revive and perform well if they have more ice or some other stimulant available.

Of course, the good news is that some providers can handle their ice use very well. When they "get", or have and had their fix, there isn't a problem in the world and like you've said it does increase their productivity level. Redneck is by far the most experienced Monger in downtown and I go to him for advice when I do seldomly play down there, I just choose to flat out avoid anysort of drugusers and don't take anychances so as he points out can have pros and cons.
